What countries can I ship to?
Presently, we provide shipping to United States, Australia, Canada, Germany, United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, Netherlands and Norway. We are constantly adding more delivery destinations. So, please check back often!
Can designers anywhere signup?
Yes. However, we support direct payments only if you live in Australia, Canada, Italy, Netherlands, Spain, UK or US. Designers from other countries need to make a request for offline/check payment, once their available balance crosses US$200. We are constantly adding more locations for direct payments to designers.
Is my artwork Copyright protected?
You own exclusive rights to all your original images and artworks you have created and/or uploaded to the Site. We will not use your images for any purpose other than to fulfill your orders. To further protect your copyright, your original images and artworks are never made accessible over the Internet - only a low resolution version of your original image is used for design and display on your store.
What does the designer toolkit include?
On signup you get access to design tools, integrated e-store, pattern generation, supply chain, production, shipping and payment systems. You can also promote your products on Facebook, Twitter & Pinterest with a single click from our social dashboard.
Do I require a credit card to sign up?
Yes. A valid card and email are required for sign up.
How does a designer get paid?
You can link your bank account and personal information on our settings page. When customer's buy your product, your sell price, less our price and fees will be paid to your account. If you have not linked your bank account, we will hold the balance till you link your account and transfer. In locations where we don't support direct payments yet, you can request for an offline/check payment.
Do I get my own store?
Yes! When you signup, you get yourname.MyWearStore.com, complete with your own SSL secure certificate for your in-store payments! You can choose which products to sell, what price to set and what theme to use. Selected designers can have their store hosted with their own domain name!
What materials can i choose from?
Since we offer co-creation, it is your customers that ultimately choose their custom size and fabric at the time of placing an order. Our patent pending technology automatically takes care of shrink rates and any fabric specific requirement for manufacturing. Fabrics we support include 100% cotton, polyester, nylon, elastine, spandex, real & synthetic silk, art leather and more. Please see the product details for a full list of supported materials.
How does the process work?
Designers create and publish their product to their store. When a customer orders it, we will manufacture and ship it. Your price minus our cost and fees will be credited to your account. If you have not yet linked your bank account, we will hold the balance till you link your account and transfer it. In locations where we don't support direct payments yet, you can request for an offline/check payment.
Can I try your service before I signup?
Absolutely! MyWear® is a service of vPersonalize Inc, a pioneer in full custom merchandise. You can design and order from the Design Your Own page on the marketplace. Our proprietary on-demand manufacturing platform allows us to custom make and ship every order in about 2 weeks, without any minimum order requirements!
How long does it take for my customers to receive the product?
Since each product is custom made, one can typically expect delivery about 2 to 3 weeks from the time of placing an order.

Technical
How do I set the color of a component, for example the front of a bag?
Just click on the component you want to color! The color toolbar will appear whenever the model is selected.
How do I move my image/text to the back of the T-shirt/bag?
Usually, moving your image left, until it is outside of the current component will move it into the next component. You can also click on the Front & Back buttons to quickly move it to the front or back.
What happens if I don't design on a component? For example, the bottom of a bag?
If you didn't design on a component, it will be made in white. We also have some early intelligence built into the software that tries to detect if you intentionally left it white or it was an undesigned element. So, it might actually flag it for your review!
How do I ensure there are no 'holes' or 'gaps' in my design?
The easiest way is to set a contrast color for all the components in the model and then upload your artwork. That way, any holes in the design will show through.
Will there be color variations between my image and print?
Since displays use RGB and print uses CMYK there will always be some color variation between what you see on screen and what gets printed.
Why does my image appear larger (or smaller) on the T-shirt/bag?
The size of your image on the model accurately reflects the size it will have upon printing at the required resolution. You should place a smaller (or larger) image if the in-built scaling is not sufficient for your needs. If you upload vector files (.ai or .pdf), they will be automatically scaled to fit the entire T-shirt, bag or whatever model you are working on!
I am unable to see the image I uploaded. Why?
Click on the model and make sure that the ARTWORK option is set to ON. The ARTWORK On/Off option is available under the Color Tab. Also, see if an image in a higher layer is obscuring your image. You can move an image up/down a layer using the Dispaly Order button.
I selected a color, but I am unable to see it. Why?
Images have higher priority than the base color for the same area. Click on the model and make sure that the "ARTWORK" option is set to OFF, if your color is not showing through! The ARTWORK On/Off option is available under the Color Tab.
My .ai file shows text instead of image. Why?
If we are unable to convert the .ai, file, an error message is printed in its place. Please check to make sure that your .ai file is not corrupted and is saved with the "PDF Compatible" option checked.
My .ai file upload reports errors. What should I do?
Try to open your .ai file in your favorite editor to make sure the file is correct and also ensure that it is saved with the "PDF Compatible" option checked. If all else fails, export it as PNG or JPG and upload it.
Why does Italic and Bold not work for some fonts?
Italic and Bold are turned off for fonts that do not support them. We do not provide faux Bold & Italic since they degrade print quality.
Can I modify my image (mirror, blur, etc) on the 3D configurator?
No. We offer basic manipulation like move, rotate & scale. For additional image functions, you can use tools that are better suited for this purpose like PhotoShop and then upload it.
How do I use Fonts not supported in the configurator?
You can make it into an image in your favorite image editor (e.g Photoshop) and upload the image.
How do I upload logos?
Upload them as PNG with transparent background.
Can I use the configurator on iOS/Android?
Yes, there is a mobile version for iOS and Android.

Are there any restrictions on the image I upload or the text I use?
Yes. As part of our Terms & Conditions, you must only use images that you own, or are free or you have the copyright to. We discourage the use of profanity, any image or text that might generally be perceived as offensive or anything else that might violate the law. launchmywear.com reserves the right to refund & cancel an order if the content violates any copyright or may be deemed harmful or offensive.

What is auto grading?
Our patent pending software lets you design once, but allows your customers to buy any size they want (including ordering custom sizes)! You can focus on designing without worrying about the size chart or the shrink of the fabrics.
Will my products be available in new geographies you add?
Yes! As we add new shipping destinations, all your products will be automatically available for ordering from that region!
Can I cancel my account?
Yes, you can cancel anytime. Once you cancel, the account will be active for the remainder of the month you paid for and will expire after that.
